This before and after of the guest room was completely island and Hawaiian inspired. The warm terra-cotta colors used throughout the room and the sandblasted brown on the accent wall all collaborate to form a warm room. The three accent windows stream enough light to brighten the neutral room along with the slightly transparent panels to let in just enough sunlight. The bursts of neon orange illuminate the room acting as a sort of sunset on the neutral elements in the room. The tribal and sharp edges on the designer rug create geometric shapes, simplicity and culture in the room. The use of wood and natural elements in the room also combine to create a rustic and island inspired room. The bathroom is also a continuous island theme, making the guests feel like they are truly on vacation. This guest room alone was completed under $350.00.
